Refund Policy

1. Founding reservation ($79)

No money is taken when you reserve a founding seat today - reserving costs $0. If you later complete the $79 deposit to confirm your seat (we email a secure link when our early Beta launches), that $79 is a deposit for Beta access. It is 100% refundable for up to 3 months after the official public launch date. If you refund, your founding seat and lifetime discount are forfeited. You do not need to give a reason, and your founding seat is released back to the pool when you request a refund.

2. How to request a refund

Send a request through the contact form on our homepage using the email you paid with, or reply to your payment confirmation. That is all we need.

3. How long it takes

We process refunds promptly, typically within 3 business days of your request. The funds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take a further 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

4. The free waitlist

The waitlist is free, so there is nothing to refund. You can ask us to remove your details at any time.

5. After launch (future subscriptions)

Once Aerca launches and you begin a paid subscription, that subscription will have its own clearly stated billing and cancellation terms, including any applicable trial period. This Refund Policy will be updated to cover subscriptions before any recurring charge begins. Reserving a founding seat today never starts a subscription on its own.

6. Chargebacks

If something has gone wrong, please contact us first - we will almost always resolve it faster than a chargeback. We are a small team and we genuinely care about getting this right.
